Latham & Watkins has hired Cooley Godward partner Judith Hasko to bolster its Silicon Valley office. The life sciences specialist, who joined the corporate department as a partner on 6 March, focuses her practice on representing biotechnology, pharmaceutical, medical device and other companies and investors in technology-based commercial transactions. She had been a partner at Cooley since 2001.
