DLA Piper has poached six lawyers from White & Case in Mexico, appointing one as co-managing partner of the office, as the global firm seeks to deepen its bench in Latin America’s second-biggest economy.
DLA Piper said the lawyers joining the firm will strengthen its capabilities in corporate, finance, tax and litigation. The group hire also coincides with the firm’s appointment of new leaders and a rebranding of the firm’s office in Mexico City.
