White & Case has rehired two well-established capital markets practitioners in Mexico City to replenish expertise lost with the death of a key partner and several recent defections.
Eduardo Flores Herrera and Narciso Campos Cuevas are known for their extensive contacts in the banking industry, having both worked for the Mexican Finance Ministry during the administration of former President Enrique Peña Nieto.
