Davis Polk & Wardwell, together with Big Four Japanese law firms Mori Hamada & Matsumoto and Anderson Mori & Tomotsune, are advising on government-backed fund Japan Investment Corporation's (JIC) acquisition of semiconductor materials maker JSR Corp for approximately $6.4 billion, according to a statement by JSR Corp.
