Covington & Burling has strengthened its London competition offering with the addition of the general counsel from the U.K.'s Information Commissioner's Office.
Claudia Berg, who has been heading up the legal department at the ICO since 2021, will be joining Covington's global antitrust and competition practice in London as a partner from January.
