Creel, García-Cuéllar, Aiza y Enríquez, a market-leading Mexican corporate firm, plans to merge with disputes resolution boutique Martínez, Algaba, de Haro y Curiel to expand its capabilities in litigation, bankruptcy and restructuring.

The merger will bring seven partners to Creel—as well as more than 50 associates, other lawyers, and staff—for a total of 44 partners. That would make Creel the largest independent full-service firm in Mexico.
