A team of New York-based partners at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom and Mexico City-based partners at White & Case have advised Citigroup on the separation of its Mexican banking business in preparation for an initial public offering.
The deal marks the latest in a series of transactions by Citi in Latin America on which Skadden has advised, led by M&A partner Paola Lozano, who is also co-chair of Skadden’s Latin America group.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota.
