A five-lawyer public finance group from Winston & Strawn has joined Katten Muchin Rosenman's New York office as the firm looks to expand its practice presence nationwide. James Normile, one of the partners making the move, is leaving an office he joined 30 years ago from now-defunct Finley Kumble.
