CapLinked, a platform for managing business transactions, has announced a new suite of enterprise features. CapLinked helps companies manage transactions related to mergers and acquisitions as well as organize their work raising capital, selling assets, updating investors, and conducting due diligence. The cloud-based platform is now iPad-compatible, and has new options for reporting, file management, and discussions.

A new reports feature helps workplace administrators view and download activity reports, establishing an audit trail. Parties can also communicate with administrators through CapLinked, making discussion secure and trackable. The platform now supports bulk uploading of entire file folder structures, and users can automatically split PDF documents into individual reports for multiple investors, simplifying investor reporting.
