On July 12, 2017, plaintiff Rahsaan Kenyatta, 59, was driving on 66th Street. at its intersection with 11th Street, in North Philadelphia. The front of a vehicle struck the rear passenger's side of his sedan. The vehicle was driving on 11th Street when it allegedly drove through a red light.
