The U.S. Supreme Court on Friday said it will decide this term the Biden administration's effort to repeal the Trump administration's so-called "Remain in Mexico" immigration policy.
The justices' Friday order set an expedited briefing schedule in Biden v. Texas and arguments in the second week of the April argument session.
