Judge Neil Gorsuch and President Barack Obama agree at least on one thing: A third-year of law school should be optional.
Gorsuch, who sits on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit and is President Donald Trump’s nominee to the U.S. Supreme Court, questioned the need for three years of law school in a September 2015 paper he presented at the United Kingdom-United States Legal Exchange in London.
