Law firm marketers are enjoying large salary increases, according to Texas Lawyer's 2008 Salary and Billing Survey. Firms across Texas gave raises this year of about 4 to 4.5 percent for most legal and nonlegal staff members, and marketing directors were among those to see the highest average pay raises of 7.8 percent, from $68,636 to $73,984.
