On Jan. 22, a panel at the New York City Bar Association discussed the roles of the Government of Puerto Rico, the Financial Oversight and Management Board for Puerto Rico and the U.S. Congress in rebuilding from the devastation caused by Hurricane María and its prolonged fiscal and humanitarian crisis.
