- H.H. Sean Wee has joined FisherBroyles as a partner in the firm's corporate department and its M&A practice. He was previously a partner with Manatt, Phelps & Philips.
- Kristina Trauger has joined Proskauer as a partner in its capital markets group in its corporate department. She joins from Shearman & Sterling.
- Cozen O'Connor has added former deputy director of N.Y. City Council's Finance Division, Nathan Toth, as a principal in the firm's New York City practice.
- Patterson Belknap Webb & Tyler has appointed Kito Huggins as Chief Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officer. Prior to joining the firm, Huggins was U.S. Head of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion practice at FGS Global (formerly Finsbury Glover Hering).
- Leech Tishman has folded in the business law firm Robinson Brog to expand its New York office, adding 24 attorneys to its business restructuring & insolvency, corporate, litigation, and real estate practices. Leech Tishman's NYC office will move to Robinson Brog's 875 3rd Avenue office and conduct business for a transitional period as Leech Tishman Robinson Brog.
