Rivkin Radler filed a civil RICO lawsuit Tuesday in New Jersey District Court on behalf of Geico seeking to recover over $4.7 million. The complaint targets Sall Myers Associates and other defendants for allegedly filing fraudulent no-fault insurance charges. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 2:21-cv-19841, Government Employees Insurance Company et al v. Sall Myers Associates, P.A. et al.
