A woman who sustained neck and back injuries when her car was rear-ended by a dump truck agreed on May 10 to a $2 million settlement in her Ocean County suit, Buggelli v. Chew.
The suit alleged Lillian Buggelli was stopped at a traffic light on Monmouth Road at Route 537 in Springfield, Burlington County, on Sept. 21, 2017, when her car was rear-ended by a truck driven by Robert Chew and owned by Johnson Baran Corp. of Forked River.
