Plaintiff moved to permit the sealed filing of an interview of his minor son conducted by a state court judge during custody proceedings.
After the parties entered into a stipulated settlement agreement over the removal of dead and diseased timber from defendant's property that was adjacent to plaintiff's property, defendant failed to comply in all respects with the order and plaintiff filed a petition seeking to hold defendant in contempt. The court denied plaintiff's petition and gave defendant an additional 90 days to comply with the order.
Municipality could not pursue zoning ordinance violation enforcement action where notice of violation failed to advise landowner of their right to appeal to the township zoning hearing board or the deadline by which the appeal had to be filed. Order of the trial court vacated and remanded for dismissal.
