In 'Stericycle', 372 NLRB No. 113 (2023), the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) overhauled the standard to assess the legality of workplace rules and policies and adopted a new approach to evaluate facially neutral employer rules that do not expressly restrict employees from engaging in protected concerted activity under Section 7.
