The sentencing of former Gemstar-TV Guide chief executive Henry C. Yuen, who is accused in a $248 million fraud case, was delayed Monday after federal Judge John F. Walter said he would reject as too lenient a plea deal that included three years' probation and six months' home detention. Said Walter, "This sentence sends the wrong message to corporate America."
