Investigators have arrested Newtown psychologist Jeannie Pasacreta for her part in an alleged scheme to defraud Medicaid. The state said Pasacreta defrauded the Medicaid program of nearly $80,000. Investigators were tipped off to the alleged wrongdoing by a former employee.
