Currently, there are several anti-abortion bills pending, including a six-week abortion ban (HB904/SB378), a "reason ban" that prohibits abortion when there is a diagnosis or a belief that a fetus has Down syndrome (HB1500/SB21), and a fetal/embryonic burial bill that promotes the belief that life begins at conception (HB118).
