A plaintiff who co-owned personal property with his father, whom he killed, was entitled to maintain a conversion action against the personal representative of the father's estate. The slayer statute precluded plaintiff from having standing to pursue a breach of fiduciary duty claim against the personal representative for the sale of jointly-owned property.
