Rehnquist to Miss Court Arguments This Week
Chief Justice William Rehnquist will again be absent when the Supreme Court returns from a nearly monthlong break today. Rehnquist has not been on the bench since October, when the Court announced he was receiving treatments for thyroid cancer.
