Disputed MF Global Fees for Dewey, Proskauer Approved

A U.S. bankruptcy judge in New York has approved fee requests totaling $9 million submitted by Proskauer Rose and Dewey & LeBoeuf in connection with their work on MF Global Holdings Ltd's Chapter 11 case. The approval came despite a claim by the defunct commodities broker's plan administrator that the fees were excessive.
