The court did not err in denying plaintiff's post-trial motions where the evidence did not support a claim of wrongful use of civil proceedings against defendant attorneys and where the court properly instructed the jury that it could not find defendants liable for gross negligence for their conduct in the underlying litigation. Affirmance recommended.
