Sunshine Issue at Play in Firing of Florida Worker
In a case that could overturn dozens of firings of the past four years, a Florida woman's attorney is set to argue before the 4th District Court of Appeal that the closed deliberations that preceded her termination from a Palm Beach County governmental office violated Florida's Government-in-the-Sunshine Act.
