A jury in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas of Houston found in favor of Walmart in a case brought by a former employee who claimed she was fired from a Walmart store in Montgomery because because she refused to follow through with her supervisor's order to deliberately damage unsold cosmetics so they could be returned to the vendor for credit. The company denied the allegation and argued that she was fired for theft of company time, which was caught on the store's surveillance camera.
