Judge Tosses Out Suit Against Tabloid Over Gifford Affair

No more tales of sex, lies, and audiotapes for U.S. District Judge Kenneth L. Ryskamp. The Florida judge dismissed the last of 10 claims TWA flight attendant Suzen Johnson had lodged against the Globe tabloid. The complaint grew out of her 1997 tryst with sports broadcaster Frank Gifford. Johnson claimed the Globe breached its contract with her and owes her $100 million.
