Mother had primary physical custody. Father had partial custody. Father filed a petition to modify the custody order. The parties reached an agreement to modify the custody arrangements. Father subsequently filed this action requesting a 50/50 shared custody arrangement, arguing that he was being denied time with the Minor Child.
