Amy Lee, assistant director of the Department of Building Inspection, penned a letter of complaint to Herrera, the mayor and the Building Inspection Commission. In it, she blames the commissioners and a deputy city attorney for not protecting her from workplace harassment at a public meeting in early April, saying someone should have clearly stated that it was inappropriate to consider "sexual stereotypes."
