Grandmother, Ford not negligent in crash

A CLAYTON COUNTY JURY, has ruled that a Riverdale grandmother was not liable for the deaths of five passengers killed when the woman lost control of her minivan and it rolled into a Texas river. The jury found Ford Motor Co. negligent in not warning the public about rollover problems with its Aerostar minivan, but nonetheless said that the automaker's negligence was not a cause of the accident and levied no damages.
