Law firm settles price-fixing suit with Lufthansa for US$85 million

BERLIN AP - A U.S. law firm said Wednesday that it has settled a price-fixing case with German airline Deutsche Lufthansa AG.Lufthansa did not immediately confirm the size of the settlement, but the U.S. law firm Cohen, Milstein, Hausfeld Toll said it reached a $85 million settlement on behalf of customers who purchased air freight shipping services from the airline for transport of goods to, from and within the United States.
