Prominent tax lawyer and professor Martin Ginsburg, husband of Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg for 56 years, died Sunday at their home in Washington, D.C. Martin Ginsburg, who was 78, died from complications of metastatic cancer, according to the Court's public information office. Ginsburg was a professor at Georgetown University Law Center and was of counsel to Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson.
