Conceived by a litigator with 25 years of experience representing auto makers and drawing on learnings from multiple industries and disciplines, the membership program delivers daily action plans and tools for client development and relationship management.
After you have completed the Lean Adviser program, you will be exposed to a new way of thinking that can influence how you practice law every day. Incorporating elements of strategic project management and process improvement into your practice will increase the value of your services. You will see how principles borrowed from other industries can help you become a better lawyer. This includes organizing lean meetings, managing a legal project team, handling complex processes or difficult clients. Improvement upon your daily functioning as a lawyer will point you towards what every lawyer and client wants- an agreed upon outcome delivered on time and on budget.
Because completing each module is important to your successful execution of Lean Adviser, we developed a certification process to recognize your achievement and demonstrate your expertise to your colleagues and clients.
With Lean Adviser Certification, you will have a certificate and social media badge to demonstrate successful completion of all current modules. You will have access to the insights and tools that will allow you to efficiently complete tasks to stay on track, on budget, on time so that clients recognize you as a valuable and reliable resource.
 
To be certified as a Lean Adviser, you will complete self-paced lesson modules. After completion of each module, you will be given an online quiz which you can also take at your own convenience. Note: some of the modules may be grouped together for one quiz so not every module will have its own quiz.
Once you have studied the material and have passed our quizzes, you will be issued a certificate and badge from Lean Adviser that tells your colleagues and clients that you are a lean lawyer.
