Amgen v. Sanofi

This dispute over cholesterol medication patents alleges recent changes to patent law have created an undue disclosure burden on creators. It's the first such an enablement challenge has made it to the high court according to IPWatchdog who said similar appeals under the previous SCOTUS makeup were denied.
