Domino's Pizza and MSK Management LLC were sued Friday in Pennsylvania Middle District Court over alleged employment discrimination on the basis of gender and sexual orientation. The court case was filed by the Law Offices of Eric A. Shore on behalf of Cody Nickisher. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 3:21-cv-02116, Nickisher v. Msk Management, LLC et al.
