Attorneys at Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart on Monday removed a breach-of-contract lawsuit against Monterey Mushrooms Inc. to Pennsylvania Eastern District Court. The suit was filed by Mays Connard & Rotenberg on behalf of KRE Security LLC. The court action accuses the mushroom supplier of wrongfully terminating a security contract and breaching a non-compete clause by hiring a former employee of the plaintiff's to perform security duties. The case is 5:22-cv-01289, KRE Security LLC v. Monterey Mushrooms, Inc.
