Aramark, a provider of food, facilities and uniform services, was sued Monday in Pennsylvania Western District Court over alleged age-based employment discrimination. The court action was filed by Quatrini Law Group on behalf of Karen Previte. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 2:22-cv-00647, Previte v. Aramark.
