Pennsylvania State University was sued Thursday in Pennsylvania Middle District Court. The lawsuit was filed by Console Mattiacci Law on behalf of Denise Shivery, who alleges she was wrongfully terminated for reporting sex-based employment discrimination. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 4:22-cv-00873, Shivery v. Pennsylvania State University.
