Reworld Projects, a producer of electricity by waste incineration, and other defendants were sued on June 19 in Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas for Delaware County for alleged violation of the New Jersey Conscientious Employee Protection Act. The lawsuit was brought by Pollins Law and the Employment Law Group on behalf of a former control room operator for the defendants who contends that he was terminated for refusing to tamper with measurements for dioxide emissions and ash byproduct pH levels. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is CV-2024-005501, Bazis v. Reworld Projects, LLC et al.
