Brian Ellis, R-Butler, who is under criminal investigation for sexual assault allegations, on March 11 was placed on leave from the state House of Representatives for a fourth consecutive session week, and has yet to make an appearance in the chamber since taking the oath of office for his eighth term Jan. 1, according to a report on the PennLive website.
