The explosive lawsuit, filed by Chicago plaintiffs' firm Edelson PC on Wednesday, alleges that Tom Girardi and his firm, Girardi Keese, used funds from settlements with Boeing over the 2018 Lion Air crash to pay off litigation financing firms and to continue paying for an "outrageous lifestyle." The suit also names "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Erika Jayne, who filed for divorce from Girardi last month, and two of the firm's lenders.
