Backdating cases trigger feud between law firms
Coughlin Stoia Geller Rudman & Robbins is attempting to derail settlement discussions in two cases involving allegations of stock-options backdating, charging that the defense attorneys clandestinely excluded the firm from agreements that would resolve its lawsuits.
