    On Oct. 4, 2019, plaintiff Alliceson Favor, a woman in her mid-50s, visited a pharmacy that was located at 2859 N. 22nd St., in Philadelphia. She claimed that one of the pharmacists, John Kwakye-Bennin, grabbed one of her hands and placed it on his genitals. Favor also claimed that Kwakye-Bennin profanely requested sex.

    On April 21, 2017, plaintiff Catherine Persha, 34, was driving on Main Street, near its intersection at Elm Street, in Towanda. While she was stopped in traffic, her minivan's rear end was struck by a trailing vehicle that was being driven by Darrell Smith. Persha's minivan was resultantly propelled forward, and it struck the rear end of a preceding vehicle. Persha claimed that she suffered injuries of her back and neck.

Whited, who had begun working at the restaurant in April 2017, claimed that she was denied wages owed to her throughout her employment.

Her vehicle's right side was struck by a vehicle that was being driven by Richard Miklusko, who was traveling on the opposite side of Willet Road.
