Mailchimp employees are seething after the email marketing platform announced last week that it would be acquired by Intuit, the Mountain View, California-based maker of TurboTax. The deal, worth around $12 billion, is advised by Latham & Watkins, King & Spalding and McDermott Will & Emery.
