Scale, a distributed law firm with roots in Silicon Valley, has nabbed a pair of fintech attorneys from McGuireWoods.
Jamie Wells, a consumer class action litigator, has joined the firm as a partner, and Alex Gershen, who specializes in fintech product counseling as well as class action and regulatory litigation, comes to the firm as counsel.
