Maj Vaseghi, a founding member of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer's Silicon Valley office that opened in the summer of 2020, rejoined Latham & Watkins last week.
Vaseghi, a benefits and compensation partner in the tax department, practiced at Latham between 2004 and 2020. Her practice focuses on executive compensation and employee benefits matters related to M&A and capital markets transactions, as well as advising public companies on corporate governance, securities compliance and stockholder voting guidelines.
