Half a dozen lawyers from Rimon have branched out on their own, opening a Silicon Valley intellectual property and litigation boutique to capitalize on rising demand for an alternative to Big Law.

KXT Law, which opened July 1, is led by co-managing partner Karineh Khachatourian and partners David Xue and Amir Tabarrok. The founders are joined by three associates and three staff members.
