- A Delaware jury found Amazon infringed on two patents related to network technology.
- Acceleration Bay acquired the patents from Boeing in 2015.
- One of the patents was also part of a $23.4 million award from Activision earlier this year.
Acceleration Bay, a Silicon Valley-based investment group, has won a $30.5 million jury verdict over Amazon Web Services, which was found to have infringed on two patents owned by the tech incubator.
