Acceleration Bay, a Silicon Valley-based investment group, has won a $30.5 million jury verdict over Amazon Web Services, which was found to have infringed on two patents owned by the tech incubator.
Managing partner Paul Andre led a Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel team that secured the Sept. 27 decision in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware.
